The musician Felipe Ugarte has analyzed during the last three years the sense, the elaboration and the history of some culinary formulas of Mugaritz in order to interpret them in the musical language. Of the own creative process of the musical subjects arises the realization of this documentary, recorded and directed by the own Felipe and Juantxo Sardon.
