IXO Grupo generates gastronomic concepts as diverse and different from each other as the restaurants that it agglutinates. This talent arises from a deep knowledge accumulated on the sector and culminates in the management of a multidisciplinary group that, in addition to creating and directing its own projects, develops strategic consulting work and advice for other entities.
In spring 2026, IXO Group will take over the management of the food and beverage services at the Hotel Palacio Bellas Artes, Curio Collection by Hilton, in Donostia / San Sebastián. This new hotel project by Sade is set to open in the heart of the city, housed in one of San Sebastián’s most iconic buildings.
More recently, the group has led the creation and development of Xal, a restaurant located within the boutique hotel La Casa de la Playa (Xcaret, Mexico), as well as providing gastronomic consulting services for the hotel group Ikos Resorts.
Previously, IXO Group has collaborated with organizations such as Abadía Retuerta LeDomaine, Healthouse Las Dunas and Kofradia Itsas-Etxea, in addition to food industry companies and research centers, contributing its expertise in the design, development and management of singular gastronomic projects.
