In Tabula, a project that seeks to spread culture and gastronomy, the excuse of a gastronomic product allows to create a metaphorical written dessert. It involves people from all over the world and from all conditions – historians, artists, anthropologists, writers, etc. – to chat, each contributing his point of view, in this case, on the egg.
