IXO is the name of the business group specialized in restoration that integrates the restaurants ni neu, Bodegón Alejandro and TOPA Sukaldería, (Donostia-San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa), Mugaritz (Errenteria, Gipuzkoa), Nerua Guggenheim Bilbao and Bistró Guggenheim Bilbao (Bilbao, Bizkaia), whose objective is to create culture through gastronomy from a restless, nonconformist and idealistic spirit.
